Q : How much does Freight and delivery cost?
A : We offer free delivery worldwide. That’s right, you don’t owe us a red cent on delivery!
Q : What happens if I want to return a purchased item?
A : Hempsafari’s 100% no quibbles return guarantee on all of our vegan leather bags, means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your hempsafari bag, it can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us in an email with your proof of purchase. Our Customer Services Team will email you instructions, a Returns Label and a commercial invoice. We’ll arrange to collect your item free of charge. Below conditions apply:
- Purchases must be returned from the original shipping location with the original Returns Form.
- Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all hempsafari item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything hempsafari reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
Q : What happens if my hempsafari bag is damaged or needs repairs?
A : We are so confident in the quality and strength of our hempsafari bags that we also offer a 100% no quibbles lifetime repair guarantee on your luxury hempsafari bag. If your hempsafari bag requires a repair caused by a defect in quality, contact us first with Proof Of Purchase and photos of the defect. We will evaluate whether the bag can be repaired. Not all repairs are possible, however we will endeavour to fulfil your request. Return your hempsafari bag to us, together with the return postage (Customer pays return freight and delivery). Please note that repairs unrelated to defects may be chargeable.
